They not only ruin, lose and over-charge customers, they also have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I never knew hanging up on customers was the new thing to do, let alone never following up with customers on the status of their ruined clothing.... I agree, this establishment is a complete disgrace to Yaletown. Urban Drycleaning is the worst excuse for a drycleaners.
